2015 Eduardo Peña. D.O. Ribeiro. Galicia

40%Treixadura 20%Albariño 20%Godello 10% Loureira and Lado. 
Elegant and very intense at once, citrus, bay leaf, laurel and orange blossom, tropical scents merge with soft light balsamic smoked and minerals. Good structure, balanced and very long.

2015 Sara Peña. D.O. Ribeiro. Galicia.

33%Brancellao, 33%Caiño, 33%Souson.  2,500 bottles produced. 
6 months in French and Hungarian Oak very light toast.  Fresh, velvet,  very fine tannins. Dark fruit, red berries,  black olives, toffee, herbaceous, bright acidity, earthy. Slightly bitter with a persistent aftertaste. 

2011 Deobriga SelecciónFamiliar. D.O.Rioja. La Rioja

90%Tempranillo, 10%Graciano. Vineyards over 40 years old in Rioja. in Rioja Alta and Alavesa.  
10,000 bottles produced.  Intense, clean, silky, brilliant acidity, deep, complex. Great fusion of blackberry and plum, and notes of leather, black pepper, clove, earthy and persistent finish. 

2014 Clos Bartolomé. D.O. Priorat. Catalonia.

50%Garnacha, 40%Samsó (carinyena), 10%Cabernet Sauvignon. 5,000 bottles produced.
Wine from very old vines in licorella soil (slate) on the Priorat mountains. Meaty, complex, pleasant, voluptuous and well structured. Ripe fruits, mineral, balsamic hints, complex.  

2010 Cava Blancher Gran Reserva Brut Nature. Catalonia.

Xarello, Macabeu, Perellada aged for more than 36 months on the lees. 
Dried fruit, nutty, citrus and floral notes, mineral, fine bubbles, lively finish.
