Acustic Celler. 2015 Acustic Blanc. D.O. Montsant. Catalonia. 

60% White Garnatxa,  25% Macabeo, 10% Red Garnatxa, 5% Pansal. Cold Maceration. Native Yeast. 30% Fermented in new French Oak.

Acustic Celler. 2015. Acustic Rose. D.O. Montsant. Catalonia

40% Black Garnatxa,  40% Samsó (Carinyena), 20% Red Garnatxa.  Cold Maceration. Native Yeast.

Acustic Celler. 2013 Brao

45 % Black Garnatxa, 55% Samsó (Carinyena). 70-80 years old vines. 15 days cold maceration. 13 months in new and 1 year old French.  Oak Barrels low toasted. No fining, unfiltered, native yeast. 

Clos Bartolome 2014. D.O. Priorat

50% Garnatxa, 40% Samsó (Carinyena), 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cava Blancher Gran Reserva 2010. D.O. Cava

Blend of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada, aged for more than 30 month on the less.
