1. Sponsor

This promotion “2 tickets for Roseville Grand Opening” is sponsored by Telefèric Barcelona, located at 1999 South Bascom Avenue, Campbell, California, “Sponsor”.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the state of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

 

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 9 October 2025 at 12:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 16 October 2025 at 00:00pm PT, with a duration of 7 days.

 

4. How to Enter

Tag at least 1 friend in the comments.

Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase or payment necessary to enter. Entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period.

 

5. Winner Selection

The two winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Telefèric Barcelona on or about 8 August 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

6. Prizes

The winners will be added to the exclusive guest list for Telefèric Barcelona’s Roseville Grand Opening Party, happening on Friday, 17th October 2025. Not valid for take out or dine in. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be notified via Instagram stories tag within 24 hours following the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

 

8. Publicity Release

By participating, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Telefèric Barcelona’s Privacy Policy, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Entrants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting customerservice@telefericbarcelona.com.

 

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest for any reason. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest.

 

12. Disputes

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or jury trial.
