Paellas cooked to order in the paellera — Bomba rice from Valencia, saffron from La Mancha, 25 minutes start to socarrat. Jamón ibérico de bellota, hand-carved at the table. 200+ Spanish wines hand-picked from Catalonia by our sommeliers.

Telefèric Barcelona arrives at La Jolla as the only authentic Spanish house in the Village. Family-run since 1992, no franchises, no shortcuts — just the table the Padrosa family has set for thirty-four years, now a few steps from the Pacific.
