The Paella Negra was the best we've had outside Spain — proper socarrat, generous seafood, and the squid ink flavor was perfectly balanced. The 180-degree bar is gorgeous and the wine list is outstanding. A real gem in Old Town Los Gatos.

Our group of six came in for a birthday dinner. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the team walked us through tapas pairings since it was our first time. Wagyu Empanadas, Crab Croquetas, and the Iberico Paella were the standouts. We'll be back.
