Free-range Iberian pigs, raised on acorns in the Spanish dehesa. Cured 38 months. Imported from Spain and sliced to order — the closest thing to eating on a terrace in Barcelona.
Tangy potatoes, Brava sauce, aioli — crispy jamón optional. The dish that's on every table, every night. There's a reason it's been on the menu since day one.
Spanish octopus, slow-cooked to tenderness, finished with potato cream and Pimentón XO. One of the most requested dishes on the menu.
A fresh oyster served with chilled Salmorejo — the sea and the Spanish countryside in a single bite.
The Telefèric Market Salad with Marcona almonds and Manchego, Burrata Di Stefano, seared tuna over crispy garbanzos — light enough to share before the paella arrives, good enough to order twice.

The most extensive Spanish wine list in the Los Gatos area. Every bottle selected by Catalonian sommeliers, from Albariño on the Atlantic coast to Garnacha from Priorat.
Our sommelier team is happy to guide you — just ask your server.
The Paella Negra was the best we've had outside Spain — proper socarrat, generous seafood, and the squid ink flavor was perfectly balanced. The 180-degree bar is gorgeous and the wine list is outstanding. A real gem in Old Town Los Gatos.
We came for our anniversary and the entire night felt like Barcelona. The jamón ibérico carved tableside, the Pulpo, and a bottle of Albariño on the patio — the staff helped us pair everything. Already booked again for next month.
My husband and I love coming here on Friday nights. The energy is lively without being loud, the bar is one of the most beautiful in the South Bay, and the Tuna Tacos and Crab Croquetas are the table's favorite. Our go-to in Old Town.
Hosted my mom's 70th birthday with 18 guests in Miró's Garden — the indoor garden room is stunning. Family-style tapas, two paellas, a sangría tasting. The events team thought of every detail. My mom is still talking about it.
I'm Spanish and was skeptical of yet another Spanish restaurant in California. This one is legit. The pan con tomate is right, the tortilla is right, the Rioja list is serious. Whoever runs the kitchen knows what they're doing.
Took a client here for a Tuesday lunch and we both left impressed. The Barcelona Lunch menu was a steal — three courses with paella for $34. Quiet enough to talk business, beautiful enough to set the tone. New favorite for client lunches in Los Gatos.
The outdoor patio is enormous and perfect for warm Bay Area evenings. We split the lobster paella and a flight of Spanish reds. The Spanish Market inside is a great touch — picked up some olive oil and a bottle of cava on the way out.
Our group of six came in for a birthday dinner. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the team walked us through tapas pairings since it was our first time. Wagyu Empanadas, Crab Croquetas, and the Iberico Paella were the standouts. We'll be back.
El Merkat inside the restaurant is such a fun touch — picked up jamón ibérico and a bottle of Rioja to take home after dinner. Date night plus Spanish grocery run, all on University Ave.
