Restaurant Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent service and food quality
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
Monitor and control inventory, labor, and other costs to maximize revenue and minimize waste
Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and accountability
Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the restaurant
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes and implement them where appropriate
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong financial and business acumen
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control
Ability to create and maintain a positive work culture and motivate staff
Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Range Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
