We are seeking a dedicated and motivated server to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by delivering outstanding customer service, taking accurate orders, and serving food and drinks in a timely a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in learning about our menu offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Learn and educate guests about our menu offerings
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
Assist the front-of-house team in running food and drinks, taking orders, and addressing menu questions as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Server
Strong interest in learning about our menu offerings
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Comfortable with working in stressful situations
Ability to multitask efficiently
Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
Pay Range:
Los Gatos, California ($16.50 to $21.50 per hour)
Walnut Creek, California ($16.50 to $21.50 per hour)
Palo Alto, California ($18.20 to $23.25 per hour)
Los Angeles, California ($16.78 to $21.04 per hour)
Long Beach, California ($16.50 to $21.50 per hour)
Roseville, California ($16.50 to $21.50 per hour)
