Server

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated server to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by delivering outstanding customer service, taking accurate orders, and serving food and drinks in a timely a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in learning about our menu offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service

• Take orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

• Learn and educate guests about our menu offerings

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

• Assist the front-of-house team in running food and drinks, taking orders, and addressing menu questions as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Server

• Strong interest in learning about our menu offerings

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Comfortable with working in stressful situations

• Ability to multitask efficiently

• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week

Pay Range

• Los Gatos, California ($15.5 to $21.5 per hour)

• Walnut Creek, California ($15.5 to $21.5 per hour)

• Palo Alto, California ($17.25 to $23.25 per hour)

• Los Angeles, California ($16.78 to $22.04 per hour)
